Will I pay for transaction fee as a seller if buyer request refund prior to shipping out item
Buyer request refund stating that he misunderstood about the size I haven’t shipped out the item, if I give him full refund , am I still responsible for transaction/final value fee charged by eBay. Thank you

Use the option in the dropdown next to the transaction to Cancel the order and select the reason that the buyer requested.
You'll automatically receive a fee credit.
