Will I get my money back?
I accidentally placed an order today and cancelled in under 5 minutes, yes I know the seller is annoyed with that but that’s not my problem, I have gotten 2 emails to send the payment, which I did when I clicked on accident, and have the transaction in my payment history on my bank, but on eBay the order is not there and I can respond to the email, will I get money back, and how to I pay them

Mentor1 month agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
