will Ebay refund me?!?!

Im pissed!
I ordered what I thought was physical books, the seller sends me some b.s link to read them. #1 I didnt realize they were digital e books. #2 thats against ebay policy (Its under excluded items on ebays policy----Excluded itemsReal Estate, Websites, Businesses for SaleDigital content, Intangible goods, Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) including physical items combined with or attached to NFTs.
And #3 i should have looked at their reviews because they have 11 negative reviews about e books.
WILL EBAY REFUND ME?!?!?!?!

Whether eBay will refund you may depend on what the listing actually said and what category it was listed under -- and whether the seller has the rights to sell digital copies of the book.
Can you file an "item not received" case using a link in your Purchase History?
