Will Ebay help with a Wrong Refund typed

I accidently typed the " Wrong Refund amount" (After Re-stocking fee) Now ebay says the Buyer gets to keep the Item and get most of their money back.

Any sugestions on how to fix? I had to Block the Buyer as he was being ignorant and rude and threatening Neg. feedback. So he would not send back the $255 .

It is against the rules to charge any buyer a Re stocking fee. Ebay hasn't allowed that for a few years now.

Why did you refund the buyer before you had the item back? Ebay would not have made you do that.

Of course they are not going to send you the money back. And you can't force them in any way to send it back. Sorry!!
