Will Ebay force a seller to accept a return on a Counterfeit Dyson Airwrap?

My 13yr old daughter purchased a Dyson Airwrap hair device from a seller here on Ebay who stated that they don't accept returns. However, I have determined that it is definitely a COUNTERFEIT Dyson. How do I get Ebay to intervene and force them to accept a return of this BOGUS counterfeit item???

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee overrides the seller's "No returns" policy.

The Ebay account holder (which cannot be a 13 year old) needs to file a Return Request.

Within 30 days after delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match description". Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
