Each seller makes that decision themselves. Most sellers are OK sending to a PO box, unless they mainly use ups or fedex. Only usps can deliver to a po box.
You can check the shipping tab of the item you're interest in to see if po boxes are in the excluded list, and what carrier the seller uses.
