Snowmobiles are considered vehicles, vehicle sales are not completed on eBay. eBay will not collect the tax, since the full payment is not processed through eBay. Generally you arrange with the seller to exchange payment for title. It is then the buyer’s responsibility to register the vehicle and pay all applicable taxes.
