Will a buyer get credited if goods purchased are not shipped in a specific timeframe?

I was away when an item I had listed sold. I realized it when funds hit my bank. I reached out to buyer right away & explained situation & asked for an extension on sending out good or if she preferred refunding. She was ok with waiting. I don't know how to reach out to eBay so they know not to refund buyer due to delay in shipping.

@tfp7121xsq . As long as the buyer doesn't file a not received refund request case they won't get a refund. Ship as soon as possible as agreed on. Shipping late does give you a late shipping defect. Always put your listings on Time Away when you are unable to ship within your stated handling time.
