Your eBay account was just created in the last month. What does "after months" refer to?
Cards can be rejected for many reasons: expired, at your limit, too many recent failed transactions, not set up for reversible payment holds necessary for a bid or offer, reported stolen, mistyped numbers, missing security code, seller does not ship to your address....
