When I click the Details of your shipping I see UPS Ground as the selected method. Is that the carrier you want to use? Normally on the listing without opening the details the carrier is listed but your listings don't have that so I suspect you are not selecting the carrier when you create your listings.
When you go to print the label through eBay there is a list of carriers and shipping methods, you have to select one of them in order for the label to print.
This is so frustrating as I had no issues up until last week printing these out. I’ve gone thru settings and not seeing anything different or how / what to change to make it work.

@svf_63 When all else fails you can buy the shipping label from Pirateship.com for the same price as eBay for UPS and USPS labels.

Oh, I know this kind of thing is frustrating, technology is great when it works. I also think that what @comics-scifi-collectibles has provided might work for you but if you can't print labels doing that then it may be your system and not eBay or another external postage site.
When you print labels through eBay the label is downloaded directly to your browser's print menu. I use Microsoft Edge but also have Firefox. You could also try a different browser just as a double check.
I assume you have tried printing something else on your system like a Word doc or Spreadsheet. If the print function works for that AND if the label is displayed on your screen but just won't print you can take a screen shot then go to your screen shot file, open the image in either Paint of a photo program, crop out everything except the label portion then copy and paste that into a Word dock so it is on one page and print that out. Over the years I have had to do that for certain things, it is a work around to simply get something done quickly until I figured out the real issue.
What service are you using, what is the weight of the package, and what are the dimensions of the package? Something is wrong, which is why ebay cannot calculate the shipping from your zip code to the buyer's zip code.
10x6x4 is the dimensions of the boxes being used and 2lbs 3 lbs is weight being entered. I currently have 4 all the same. The 5th is a baseball card in a bubble mailer.

Two screen shots below, mine on top, I use USPS Ground Advantage, that is what it shows.
Yours is below, it does not state any carrier unless you click the Details link in that shipping section.

What does it say exactly when you try to print?
