Why wont EBAY remove this NEUTRAL FEEDBACK about price, comparing it to retail?

Actual item is great, condition perfect. Price was a little higher, considering I could still purchase same item at target for cheaper, but thatâ€™s error on my part for just purchasing from link son sent and not searching myself. But overall as described no issues with order.

So he's not happy about the price that he was happy to pay??

This was ebays reply-We reviewed the feedback and can see that the buyer found an issue with the item that wasn't described in the listing.
For this reason, the feedback was not removed.

Now what????

There is nothing in the feedback that violates policy. Buyers expect to get a better deal here than at retails stores, so her disappointment is understandable.

Be glad it was neutral and not negative, so now you ignore it. It doesnâ€™t affect your %, and no one goes looking for your neutrals.
