Why wont ebay give me the option to call?

I'm trying over and over again to deal with a BOT. It's so annoying not getting the help I need when a simple call option should be implemented so a person like me can get REAL help . Ebay is sucking even more now smh how can I get help?? Is that an option I can get?

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat from the left hand side of the page.

3.( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

4. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
