Why wasn’t refunded every penny I paid?!
I do not understand why a seller canceled my order after accepting my offer and then I didn’t even get the full amount I paid refunded. I don’t know if this is something the seller did or if this was something that eBay did, but I’m not happy and it’s frankly ridiculous. I don’t really care about the $.28 but it’s the principle of it. Cancel an order after almost 2 weeks and then you don’t even refund everything I paid. Can anybody explain this cause it’s **bleep** to me

Mentor8 months agoIf sales tax was charged, ebay collected it and submitted it to your state's tax collecting agency. It will eventually be refunded by ebay, since your seller never received it. The seller can only refund what they actually received.
