    Why was my item flagged / removed as “prescribed medical devices”?!

    Hello, 

    I’m wondering why my item was flagged and removed as a medical device when it’s simply a pipettor? It’s sold all over on any website even Amazon without prescription. Item is used in labs to draw samples just like any other pipet. Even after appeal the item was still removed. Any way to overcome this type of nonsense? Keeping in mind many are listed as well as sold on eBay. please advise and thank you!
