Why was my item flagged as counterfeit?
I have a listing for a small Harry Potter themed convertible backpack. It has been marked as counterfeit by Ebay with no clear explanation. Customer service was unhelpful and an attempt to appeal did not work. Nothing explains what exactly is counterfeit about the backpack or the listing. It has been listed for over a year and I'm only trying to sell it at $30. I'm not sure what I am counterfeiting or why it was flagged. Just looking for clarification.

Mentor5 months agoWho is the manufacturer of the backpack? If that manufacturer is a VeRO member, they do not want their items listed on ebay. Do not relist the item. Try selling it on another platform.
