Once itâ€™s removed, we have no way to see it to even be able to speculate on why it may have been removed.

Below is the copy of the email correspondence I had with the seller I see on My ebay Page, it's also been removed also with my negative feedback.

Because this was a communication through ebay read it from the bottom up!

You have put a negative feedback believin we are trying to scam you, which is not true. I understand your frustration as you did not receive the part you wanted, but you were able to return the item and get a full refund.

Judging from your past feedback I see this is not the first time.
Ive been a member of ebay for 26 years and have never had a negative feedback.
You can do better than this
Verify what you're selling before you post.

We are not all trained technicians, we are resellers and we receive parts as-is and sometimes we cannot differentiate. There was no bait and switch and we moved swiftly to correct our mistake for you as best as we could. Please understand. Thank you.

You clearly posted the image of an unopened box with the OEM PART number and date of manufacturing listed!
How was it possible a used irrelevant part was enclosed, Without your knowledge, Including your own security sticker on the part!
You shipped in the same box but covered the fact that the box had been opened previously from the back.
Without my prior knowledge as a Retired HVAC Contractor, I could have spent 2 to $300 having a service technician install a defective used board!
This LG stove, has a known manufacturing defect on this board, Which as an appliance dealer I'm sure you may have known.
This is not so much about the money it's about the integrity of the seller.
Don't wast people's time.
Mistakes sometimes happen, but this was no mistake.
Be truthful and Sell and ship what you listed as New, not a substitution.

Not only is it the incorrect part , You misrepresented this item as new, it is obviously used by the marks on the spade terminals on the board.
I am requesting you refund fully including shipping.
If you want this board back, you send me the mailing label and pay for the return shipping.
This is obviously bait and switch!

Hello, can you please send us pictures of the part with our silver warranty sticker showing on the board so we can assist you further?
