Why was I restricted?

I had a listing for a new hand lotion. The listing had one photo of the front of the lotion. I am sure I didn’t put that it was in a box because it came in a tube. It was listed under hand lotion. It was not expired. I got an email saying my account is not restricted because I listed the item either out of its packaging or its prescription strength or I didn’t show the ingredients of a medication… It’s not a medication. I called to find out why and was told I can’t list some thing that is a medication without showing the ingredients. It’s not a medication.

Mentor3 years agoIt could also because you use the name CVS, which provides prescriptions. No matter the reason, do not relist it. If eBay removes it, they will watch and remove it again and you could be suspended.

·3 years agoIt was probably reported for referencing a different brand (compared to Eucerin) in the title, but was taken down as a drug instead. Eucerin can be seen as a medicinal product. You'll have to talk to customer support to try to remove the restriction.
