Why was I charged for shipping when my listing says the buyer pays for it?
Hello everyone,
In my eBay listing, it clearly states that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. The buyer paid for shipping separately, but $14 was still deducted from my account for the shipping label.
Has anyone experienced this? Why would the shipping cost be charged to the seller if the listing and payment indicate otherwise? How can I resolve this and prevent it from happening again?
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Mentor1 year agoThe buyer pays you the item price + shipping + sales tax. You get the item price + shipping less the final value fee, since you have the item that needs to be shipped. You can use ebay shipping to print the shipping label. You get a discount from the retail counter rate, and the cost for the label can be charged to your payout or Paypal account.
