Hi All! Sold a pair of shoes that needed to be sent to ebay authentication. Why did they charge me $13 for that shipping label? Thanks!

You were paid by the buyer for the shipping. You then use that money to purchase the label to ship the item. It will go from eBay authentication to the buyer. You don't pay postage twice.
