Why was I also charged for a shipping label on Ebay when I already paid for one at the post office?
I see on my summary of payments and fees that I was charged for a shipping label, yet I went down to the post office and paid for one when I shipped the package. So, why did I have to pay twice for shipping? Ebay just deducted it from my costs, without asking me and there's no way to request a refund or reversal of charges. How do we contact customer service?

Mentor2 years ago@old-timer-records-and-novelities Check your all transactions page to see exactly what you were charged for.
You can see that here> https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true
eBay does take their fees out before they send the buyers payment to your checking account.
Keep in mind that you pay less for shipping if you buy the label on eBay. If you don't have a printer you can select the QR option and show the post office the code on your phone and they print the label for you.
If you were charged for a label you didn't use then your sold item should have two tracking numbers, the eBay label one and the one that you added from the post office.
You can void the eBay label one here> https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>
