Why There is Showing a different shipping address among seller and buyer's system on eBay?
Hi dear,
As a seller, we got an order rencently and the shipping address is an US address but the customer contact us the order need to ship to his Israel address.
So we request the buyer to update his shipping address to his Israel address.
It's very strange that on buyer's system there is showing the Israel address so he said he don't need to update the address.
As you can see below picture, the first one is from our system and the second one is from the buyer's system.
How can we do with it?

You are shipping that item by eBay International Shipping.
You ship to the Hub in Glendale Heights, Illinois
the eBay will forward it to your buyer in Israel.
Your job is complete when your item arrives in Illinois.
If there are problems with customs, etc, eBay handles this.
Do not change the address on that order. It will arrive at the buyer's address just fine.
