Mentor2 years agoYour registration shows you are located in Hong Kong. Since you appear to be a new seller, perhaps your home site, https://www.ebay.com.hk , doesn't allow you to use international shipping until you are more experienced. You specify international shipping during the listing creation. It is listed just below the domestic shipping.
