Why the sellers are not responding?!

Hi All,I have asked clarifications regarding the items to the sellers but no one turned for a respresponsible answer! Why the sellers are hesitant to respond?I think the seller has the responsibility to any questions they are getting!I couldn't understand why?What's your opinion? I am eager to know the opinion of ebay also!Thanks!

I am mainly a seller. I answer all questions, but when they get excessive or start to throw up red flags, I block that person and don't answer any more. To be honest, I have plenty of information in my listings, there should not be many questions. When the person starts asking about deals or discounts, I end the communication.

Too many questions make sellers nervous. It can mean that this is a problem buyer and the transaction won't go well. That's when we block buyers. It only takes a few returns to end our selling careers. We will protect our accounts first and foremost.

EBay backs up sellers in this. We are not required to answer questions. We are allowed to ignore offers. If your question is not being answered, this is acceptable in eBay's eyes and you should more on to another seller. Odds are if you asked a lot of questions, you have been blocked.
