WHY THE HECK ARE MY GETTING A NOTICE OF OFFER ACCEPTED EVERY 10 SECONDS FOR AN ITEM CANCELLED DAYS ?
I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE FROM EBAY EVERY 10 SECONDS, SAYING "OFFER ACCEPTED" FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS CANCELLED DAYS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY??????????????????? AND AS USUAL ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH EBAY AS A SELLER OR AS A BUYER????????????????????? FOR YEARS, SAME!!!!!!!!!! SUX!!!!!!!!!!

What steps have you taken to attempt to contact Ebay?
Ebay Customer Service does not have a direct phone line because the agents are each working in different locations.
You can use the following link to request a call back from a CS rep or to chat online with an agent:
