Why the buyer is not allowed to leave neutral feedback to seller due to unmatched description?
Why eBay had me to update my account when I left a seller neutral feedback? It wasn’t fair to a buyer who received the item that was not matched with the seller’s description! when I bought the north face jacket, the seller posted that the item wasn’t have any stain but when I received the item the stain was all over on the sleeve and in front of the jacket. I did post the picture of the item to prove it! Then eBay emailed me that I need to agree with the term or otherwise I can close my eBay account?

Mentor8 months agoThe email you received about agreeing to the terms of the user agreement or close your account does not have anything to do with your transaction.
Hopefully you filed a Return Request regarding receiving the jacket that did not match the description.

OP8 months agoI believe it’s does because it’s happening every time when I leave the seller either neutral or negative feedback. This is not fair that buyers have to tolerate with the seller’s dishonest behavior for their unmatched products. How can I file for a return since the jacket had been washed and did a special cleaners for a few times to get rid of the stains? This is insane to deal with this!
