Why should I pay for shipping to California when the wrong item was shipped from New Jersey to my home in New Jersey.
The owe me $ 25 .
They are responsible for their errors not me.

If the seller shipped you the wrong item … then THEY are responsible for providing a prepaid return shipping label. [It shouldn’t matter to you where the item is being returned.]
If you already paid the return shipping … then I’m afraid there’s no way to get your money back.

Mentor3 years agoIf you are the buyer and you filed a "not as described" claim with eBay, the seller is responsible for return shipping if the seller wants the item back.
