Why "Ships to USA Only" and not World-Wide?
I noticed that some of my listings ship world-wide, and other are USA only. Any way to make them all world-wide? For example - I have 2 similar listings in same category:

OP2 years agoI have the SAME Shipping Policy set on both items. Note: this is just 2 for example. I have many more (some show US, and others worldwide).

Your two listings are about a year apart. The one with global shipping is this year. The one limited to US was posted last year before EIS.
I had a similar issue and I don't use shipping policies. I think I ended up disallowing, and then allowing, international shipping, and I may have gone through the country exclusion list as well. As I recall, I tried a bunch of things, so no clue which fixed the issue. Since you are using policies (and the same policy is on both listings), you might try switching to a different policy, and then back, in order to get eBay to reassign new shipping to your listing. Also check whether you have any exclusions at the listing level.

OP2 years agoWhat is there to change? Both already say Free Shipping USPS Priority. Both also say "Your listing will show up for buyers worldwide, where applicable. Ship to our domestic shipping hub, and we’ll handle the rest, including customs and returns—at no extra cost to you." BUT - only one lists the other countries. I don't see anything else to change. I recall that in the old days, there was a checkbox for international sales, but it doesn't exist anymore.

·2 years agoThe first shows you only ship it to the US, everything else is excluded.
You need to change the shipping preferences to allow world wide shipping.

OP2 years agoYES, that is the whole point of the question. But How??? Like I said above, both show the same under the listing tool. Where is the button for USA / International?
