When a Seller is Top Rated and accepts returns or is Above Standard and offers free returns, if an Item is sent back and it is not in the same condition as sent, that Seller has the option to deduct up to 50% of the Buyer's refund for loss of value.
That option is not available for Sellers who do not accept returns.
