Why not just cancel

22nd, the morning of the 22nd i purchased a laptop needed for a trip the following week. Thats a Wednesday. Cime Friday still hsdnt shipped so I contacted seller asking about shipment.he told me they were clised on weekends and this was late jn the day when i got the reply. Well it hadn't shipped Friday at the end of thebday, so now it's not gonna ship at least for another 2 days on top of the 3 that passed since I paid. So I requested a cancel. Well suddenly Saturday morning the seller uploading tracking info and rhen replied to my request to cancel stating item has shipped. Tracking info shows item hasn't ahipped only info provided. So it still sits in his place wherever it is. Ive got screenshot of every detail of this. All I wa t to do is cancel and eddind my money because it's gonna be long passed due me needing the laptop when it finally does make it to the hands of fed ex.a full 5 days after I paid. Again I requested a cancelation Friday night. Then Saturday morning he got up denied ny cancelation then uploading some tracking g that does not mean it is shipped fed ex tracking plan ly says awaiting item.

Mentor2 weeks agoThe seller was not obligated to accept your request to cancel the transaction.
What was the estimated date of delivery, as shown in the order details in your Purchase History? You would have also seen that date on the listing page before you placed your order/purchase.
IF the estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least one day, you have up to 30 days to file a Refund Request.

OP2 weeks agoAccording to ny history the item in question says delivery today. But you go to the tracking amd it plainly shows fed ex doesn't even have possession of the item yet, only the tracking number provided
