why not getting pay for item sold
sold item online and after they took fees and taxes out, I was supposed to get 15 dollars send to me, they only send 4.55. where the rest of my money and when am I getting it.

Go to your payment account and click on the payout to see what was deducted. It was probably the shipping label for your second sale. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
