Why No seller Personal info after purchase, why is it when you buy something on eb seller gets all your info name address etc after purchase, and buyer does not get there's ? does not show up on paypal, i do not think this practice is fair to buyers. cannot seem to get a straight answer from ebay or pp either, after tones of messages, don't bother using this message chat system! completely a waste of time on both ebay and pp.......
even when calling and asking they seem to beat around the bush with stupid answers, seem they can't give you a direct direct straight answer to this simple question........... ?

Mentor3 years agoThey want you to keep all correspondence on eBay, so there is a record of it, and they can help if needed.
They also want to prevent you from doing business outside of eBay.

Mentor3 years agoThe seller needs the buyer's name and address to ship the item.
The buyer does not need anything except the item to be delivered at that point.
It is not necessary for the buyer to have any additional information to initiate a money back claim with eBay.
