OP6 months agoDear guys, thank you for replying me... first time to 'ask a mentor' & didn't expect will get reply...
I guess it's because I'm in China instead of in US, ebay restrict my account to sell item on US site...
before yesterday I still can list item on this site, but things changed since today...
even though I'm not selling that item on high risk list... ebay say it's high risk...
there is no customer service for China/HongKong district, so I can't do anything to it...
I think I can't sell on this site in future anymore... anyway, so be it...

You can try contacting customer service on social media.

Mentor6 months agoYou have only received 2 feedbacks as a seller in the past year, so I am guessing you need to sign up for Managed Payments.

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
