Why must I wait to leave negative feedback?
As you can see in the screenshot, for unspecified reasons I have to wait 7 days before I can leave neutral or negative feedback? Since when did this nonsense start? And why no explanation anywhere about it? I have thoroughly search all the feedback help FAQ and nothing about this exists there? Does anyone know? Because perhaps my negative feedback is true and could protect another buyer about to fall in the same pitfall I did. So how is eBay looking out for that buyer forcing this policy on me? I have photos to back it up too

Mentor6 months ago@xenomo31. Top Rated sellers have a 7 day wait period before you can leave negative feedback. This is so that you give the seller time to make things right with the sale.
Is your item not as described or not received?
Have you filed a refund request? The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules the sellers return policy if the item is not as described.
If you would tell us what went wrong with the purchase we can offer advice.
