Why isn’t there an option to increase the size or weight of an item after an item is sold?
Sometimes an items weight increases due to extra packaging but there is no option to update this before buying shipping through Simple Delivery. So instead of being able to select the correct weight and size at an extra cost to myself ( the seller), I have to send the item and then I’m charged extra with an added admin fee,
which is always more expensive than being able to select the next weight/size category before buying shipping.

Mentor5 months agoWhen you purchase the label you can change the size and weight prior to purchasing the label. You cannot charge the buyer anymore than what was charged to them at the time of purchase so any increase in shipping charge is on you.
