Why isn’t somethings not covered by your eBay guarantee?
I’m dealing with a vendor ,who is not responding and every time I look at the purchase ,the dates keep getting pushed out , First time it said Nov 4-11th , now it’s later. And now you tell me that it’s not covered by your eBay guaranteed to get it or your money back. How am I supposed to know when I’m buying the stuff if you’re going to make sure I can get my money back or not. So is there some sort of icon or something that I need to look for when I’m looking at stuff to buy on eBay who decides whether you guys guaranteed the money back or not I spent like 150 bucks on this composter as a gift and now you’re telling me I’m gonna get stiffed thinking that eBay guarantees your money back. yeah I’m thinking I’m just gonna be switching over to Amazon. At least they make sure you get your money back if you don’t get your stuff . Thank you and have a great day.

Mentor2 years agoIf an item is covered by the money back guarantee, there should be a link in the upper right corner of the listing indicating that, if you are using a desktop browser.
Some categories are not covered -- things like warranties, services, real estate. If a seller listed an item in the wrong category to get around the money back guarantee protection, you may still be able to open a case by contacting eBay.
What is the item number of the item?
