Why is this happening?
The buyer wanted a strap for the purse that was not included. My listing description said "comes with everything shown". The strap they wanted was never shown or mentioned in my listing. They received the exact purse in my photos. The purse I sent was in the exact condition that it was when I took the listing photos, They opened a return case and it was accepted by eBay, it should not have been. I responded to the case within 3 days and the buyer never responded to me. 2 ebay agents told me I’d get my money back after the 11th, or after the buyer returns the item. It is past the 11th, the buyer has not returned anything nor have they responded even once, and ebay gave them my money and my product. I have reported the buyer already.

If the Buyer opened an Item Not as Described case, the Seller needs to either accept the return or refund in full. Even if the Buyer was being untruthful. If a Seller declines the return and eBay needs to step in, eBay will refund the Buyer from the Seller's account and the Buyer keeps the item. I am sorry if you were told otherwise.
