Why is there no link on a vendor's page to report them for price gouging?

Why is there no link on a vendor's page to report them for price gouging? I'm talking about an item that supposedly has a $5 MSRP, however they're charging $2,000.00 USD for it.

Seller can charge whatever they like, if it is not a necessity in a time of crisis. Besides, seller is probably just doing this as a place holder, until he gets more in stock.
