There should be a bid button -- if those listings are current auctions that you can bid on.
Make sure are actually looking at current auctions, and not fixed price listings or ended listings.
If you still do not see bid buttons, try viewing the same listings in another browser to see if that makes any difference. If the bid button appears in another browser, try clearing your cache and manually deleting just your eBay cookies in the original browser.
