Why is the Shipping fees for the buyer less than what the seller pays?

·3 years agoUsually because the seller set the shipping and handling too low when s/he set up the listing. Did you measure and weight the package as it was to be shipped and correctly enter the data into the selling form. Did you choose the right carrier and class of service?
Occasionally the seller might be shorted when the rates go up between when they are set on the listing and when the carrier gets the package.
