Why is the shipping amount paid by less than the actual shipping cost
Why is the shipping amount paid by buyer less than the actual shipping cost. Buyer quoted and paid $25, actual cost $43

Mentor2 years agoebay calculates the shipping cost to the buyer based on the information you entered when you created the listing: method of shipping, weight of the package, dimensions of the package, distance from your zipcode to the buyer's zipcode. Did you have to change any of that information when you went to print the shipping label? If you changed anything, that could be the reason why the shipping you are paying is more than what the buyer paid.
