Why is the payout after fees 25% less than the actual payout?
I was supposed to receive one $387 for my sale. I only received $298 to my account. I always seem to receive a lot less than what it says I will receive after shipping , fees, promotions etc. I’d like to talk to someone at eBay, but that is impossible. Any suggestions

Mentor2 weeks agoGo to your Seller Hub > Payments > Payouts > Payout ID
Click on an ID and you will see what deductions were made if you scroll down to Related Transactions.

OP2 weeks agoBtw my item sold for $450. After taxes and fees the buyer paid $534. I was told I’d receive $389 after fees etc but only got $298. Why?
