Why is the buyer receiving a message to pick up item?
I checked my listing and I don't have this feature turned on in shipping settings. Buyer is all confused and sending me messages about being incompetent.

Mentor5 months agoYour 16.9oz bottle is set for local pick up and not shipping. Is this the item the buyer is receiving notices about?

Mentor5 months agoYou sold 2 listings. The one that sold on April 1 has free delivery, so you will ship that one out. The one that sold on March 31 states Local Pickup, so the buyer needs to pickup the item in Huntington Beach, CA.
