Why is nothing working on Ebay?

I have purchased from Ebay in the past without incident. Recently I order two items from two different sellers. I got an email that each had been deliver, but neither was delivered. The automated system keeps telling me they were delivered so can't move forward toward a refund.

And, when I ask for an agent to call me I get a message that they tried and no one answered. I am sitting right here by my phone.

And, when I try to click on account settings it takes me to a page on Amazon.

Are you certain you purchased on ebay.com?

If you follow the eBay link to your account settings, you should be pointed here:

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas

Check to make sure your primary shipping address is correct. If you do not recognize the address, your account may have been hacked. If so, change your eBay password and then see here:

https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196

If the address is correct, and tracking shows delivery but nothing arrives, contact the shipping service directly to determine if the tracking number corresponds to a delivery to your address or not.

If not, you may have been the victim of "false tracking". Follow up here for more details if that is the case.
