Why is my refund mussing 160 dollars and i cant contact customer service on ebay?
I was in the process of buying an item and then the seller started hesitating to ship due to many complications so i asked for a refund which he said he would partially refund me i declined and got 500 something dollars out of 701 i dont know why and i cant contact ebay at all ?

What do you mean by "I was in the process of buying an item"? If you paid for the item ... it sounds like you already bought it. What else was left to do?
I'm just trying to make sure I understand the complete situation before offering any advice. 🙂
