Why is my payout less than 1/2 the net profit on the sale?

Wondering if perhaps eBay included the cost of all three shipping labels (separate sales) I bought on the same day from the payout on the first item that was delivered, since I said to take the shipping cost from my profits?

Yes, it is normal for eBay to take all current expenses from available funds (your current payout).
