Why is my listing not visible?
I can't figure this out. I tried to re-list it. I removed words from the title. I shortened the description. It will display with a direct link but will not show up on a search or under "seller's other items". Can anyone help?

MentorSep 16, 2026 at 5:19 PMNewly listed items can take up to 24 hours from the last revision to be indexed and appear in search.
Every time you revise a new listing, it goes to the back of the line.

OPSep 16, 2026 at 5:25 PMThank you. In the past, my items were showing up pretty quickly. Sounds like things are moving slower these days.

MentorSep 16, 2026 at 5:27 PMYou are welcome. It may not always take the full 24 hours, but it can take that long, particularly for certain categories of if there are a lot of new listings at the same time.

OPSep 16, 2026 at 8:04 PMIt's been close to 24 hours but the part that's even more weird is that it's not even showing under "seller's other items". It's completely invisible.

OPSep 16, 2026 at 8:04 PMThe only way to see it is to have a direct link.

MentorSep 16, 2026 at 8:18 PMUntil a listing is indexed, the only way to see it is using a direct link (or in your Seller Hub pages).
"Seller's other items" uses the same indexing as any other buyer search.

OPSep 16, 2026 at 8:10 PMYou can see that I revised the listing 25 hours after the original posting because it wouldn't come up on any searches.

MentorSep 16, 2026 at 8:23 PMI cannot see the original listing date until the listing is indexed, but it appears you revised it three times Tuesday night, and then once more Wednesday morning, about thirteen hours later, and then again just now, Wednesday afternoon PDT.

OPSep 16, 2026 at 8:28 PMWell... I can't explain what happened. The original listing is still completely invisible. I posted a new listing for the same item, using a shorter title and the recommended AI text in body about 10 minutes ago. It is alreay showing up in searches and in "seller's other items". I'll add the details in the title and body and see if ebay blocks this one also

MentorSep 16, 2026 at 8:36 PMYou just revised the original listing again minutes ago (01:16:32 PM PDT).
It can take up to 24 hours from now until it is indexed. Stop relisting and revising it and let it index.
I do not see either of your scanner listings, just the fuel pump listing.

OPSep 16, 2026 at 8:46 PMYou are correct. I revised my second listing a few minutes ago after I saw that it's coming up on searches and after it was showing up in "Seller's other items". I may have accidentally altered the original listing when copying information to the new one. It remains invisible as is the new one.

You now have three listings for that scanner that are visible. Unless you actually have three of those for sale you should end two of those listings.
