why is my checking account charged through paypal when I choose to pay seller by paypal credit
why is my checking account charged through paypal when I choose to pay the ebay seller by paypal credit. I am set up through paypal for payment on purchases to be paid by paypal credit. My paypal account balance is paid off each month. This issue does not happen always only occasionally. I have contacted paypal they have given different answers each time I call???I'm not sure what sellers I can buy from even though they have paypal credit listed as a payment option. PayPal said if the seller is new then I should set up a preferred payment on my end when I buy from them, why is this is my responsibility?
