Why is my account now in USD rather than in GBP as before?

mid listing my account has now decided to display everything in us dollars rather than GBP - I am in the UK.

You inadvertently logged into the eBay US site ending in ".com"

Log out of here and log into the UK site.

Currency is dictated by the site's domain, so here in the US we see US dollars.
