Why is it that the Lack of Integrity of Sellers Location; CHINA who CLAIM in USA are Allowed?

This is a serious matter. If I purchase items from China I do NOT do it blindly. I use SPECIFIC Cards and Purchase Specific type of items.
I bought guitar accessory that was CLEARLY MARKED In USA. At Processing the sale it pops up it is in CHINA.
These means that EBAY Facilitated the misleading BREAKING OF EBAY'S OWN POLICY about location. It is it that the volume is so high
that Ebay cannot leave the money on the table? This puts all Ebay users at RISK. Thank you EBAY for putting me at Risk. This happens all
the time. I notice that Seller Location is not in the TAGS. Why is that?

Many China based sellers are registered in the U.S. because they ship from China owned U.S. located warehouses. However, with the trade war going on the warehouses may be out of stock so the items ship directly from China.
