why is it that I'm not getting a delivery confirmation on an item I sold and mailed.
I recently sold an item . I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping provider but entered the right tracking number. The item arrived to the buyer and he was satisfied and left positive feedback. Ebay is NOT paying me because they think the item has not been received??? How can I correct this ?

OP4 months agoAll the info is correct. the tracking number is the same as the one on the USPS website and they are showing that it was delivered! EBAY is showing that it has not. It's been two weeks!!!
